By using the Maqast app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Maqast lets you browse barbershops and book appointments. We connect you with independent barbershops; we are not the barbershop and are not responsible for the quality of the haircut or service you receive.

Your account

You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account and its data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account).

Bookings

• A booking request may need to be accepted by the barber before it is confirmed.
• Cancellations are allowed up until a cutoff period before the appointment time, shown in the app.
• Please arrive on time. Barbershops may have their own no-show policies.

Reviews

You may leave a review after a completed appointment. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no fraudulent bookings, no abuse of barbershops or staff, no attempts to interfere with the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app's features from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
